HOTEL INFORMATION

HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE ABA OFFICE. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE EMBASSY SUITES FOR YOUR RESERVATION AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ABA RATE.

ABA will use credit card information only to hold reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should cancellation of this reservation be necessary, there will be no penalty provided you notify the hotel no later than 3:00pm, 1 day prior to arrival. Should cancellation occur after this time or if the hotel is not notified of cancellation, a "no-show" charge equal to one night's room and tax will be charged. CHECK IN TIME is 4:00pm. CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00pm.
